Christian Education

Christian Education for all ages is a valued and important part of the program and life of St. Luke's.  Opportunities for 
life-long learning are offered throughout the year.

Nanette Moore

Sunday School Classes

The Adult Class meets at 9:30 am in the Fellowship Hall.  The class is taught by Pastor David Lyon.  The current topic of study is The Prophets by Dr. Timothy Bryan.  A few of the past topics have included studies of More Bad Girls of the Bible by Barbara Essex, The Psalms for Today by Beth LaNeel Tanner, The Life of Jesus for Today by Ronald J. Allen, Great Themes of the Bible, a book by Sarah S. Henrich, foods of the Bible, the Ten Commandments, bad boys and bad girls of the Bible, Islam, Revelations, the Gospel of Thomas and the book Mother Roots.  One class member was quoted as saying, "I always learn something new in class, I always have fun, and I always laugh a lot!".  All are welcome to attend.

Youth Mission Trip - July, 2008

The Youth Class (6th - 12th grades) meets at 9:30 am in the Youth Room.  The class is taught by Youth Leaders Jodie Puhr and Tonya and Ryan O'Boyle. 



Children's Sunday School Classes for age 3 through 6th grade meet at 9:30 am.  Classes include drama, music, crafts, games, cooking and fun!
